I just took my skipping rope out into the back garden. Managed:
37 forwards
2 backwards (maybe need a longer rope?)
2 cross (one-two-three forwards; cross; one-two-three forwards; cross; one-two-three forwards; get rope caught round left leg)
Practise, practise, practise...
