In a pleasing piece of symmetry, I started my 101 on Advent Sunday, and day 100 is Shrove Tuesday. Tomorrow Lent starts, traditionally a time of self-examination.

Let's have a look, then.

Over the course of my first hundred days, I have:

completed five goals:

- go on a demo;
- do an Advent observance
- get a decent shredder;
- do a first aid course;
- make wedding album/scrapbook

possibly completed one goal:

- join bone marrow donor registry

started working on thirty other goals:

- I've Mystery-Worshipped one of three services;
- I'm plugging away at the Wii Fit
- I've posted three updates to [personal profile] ancientandmodern
- I've taken a photo on 99 of these 100 days
- I've taken a couple of photos of different versions of the Royal Arms
- I've read books by authors I'd never read before, whose surnames began with 9 different letters of the alphabet
- I've been to a service at my parish church
- I've been filling in the Burns Depression Checklist on an almost-weekly basis, and recording the results
- I've found musical settings of 102 verses of the Bible
- I've bought a birthday book and have started filling it in
- I've wild-released twelve books
- I've tried currywurst and bellini
- I've bought a pretty cotton vest-and-knickers set
- I've entered three competitions, and won one
- I've held a dinner party
- I've given blood twice
- I've eaten at four restaurants, three of which I'd never visited before
- I've watched eleven TED talks
- I've written two fanfics over 1000 words long
- I've made pierniczki
- Lots of my 2010 Christmas presents were home-made
- I played my cello in November, December, January and February. Ish.
- I went to see Hamlet
- I've watched four films I hadn't seen before
- I've written down five dreams
- I've used quite a few of my kitchen appliances
- I've bought a Little Black Dress. I've bought a suit, too, but I'm not quite sure whether or not I like it.
- I'm ploughing my way through my cookbooks
- I've taken photos for thirty-six of the Hundred Snapshots
- I'm working on a quilt for my niece-in-law, who is due in May.

I'm seriously planning two goals:

- I've set up a Facebook event for my 26th birthday, and chatted to some of my family to see if they'll be around, too
- I'm going to Leeds next month
- I've reviewed the structure of These Three Remain. I'd like to have a workable, complete, first draft done by the end of this year, and start polishing next year.

Over the course of the next 100 days, I'd like to:

- mystery-worship another service;
- make a success of the Leeds/Bradford trip;
- firm up plans for Exeter;
- make a start on the Canterbury pilgrimage
- finish the first quilt by the time the baby is born;
- get at least another twenty of the hundred snapshots done;
- post at least ten times to [personal profile] ancientandmodern;
- get my hair cut;
- sing a solo at church;
- read the book on heraldry that I currently have sitting on my bookshelf;
- give blood again;
- write six letters, longhand;
- keep plugging away at the 'little and often' goals.
